Debut single PHANTOM LIMBS out now
After collaborating on several other projects, Melbourne singer/songwriter Jess Porter has teamed up with producer/songwriter Evan Lee (BLKLST) to form Secret Lung.
The band's first single Phantom Limbs is for anyone who's ever been heartbroken by a jerk. Produced at The Loud Noise Estate by Evan Lee and Ash Daws, Phantom Limbs is cathartic, full of hooks and must be played loud.
Having cut their teeth on numerous previous bands in Australia & the UK, Secret Lung put on a show that's anything but unseasoned, combining love of queer punk, emo and indie rock in a wall of sound bigger than the sum of their parts.
After an official launch at the BONEZ x MIDSUMMA Alternative Queer Festival and a sold out single launch in Melbourne for Phantom Limbs, 2023 is just the beginning for Secret Lung.
